The law should be accessible. Clients should fully understand the consequences of their choices and  the best strategies for achieving goals. Whatever the case, Ms. Wilson offers a free initial consultation, with an honest and reasoned evaluation of the likely outcomes and range of options.

A good attorney’s job is to fight hard and seek to win. But any attorney worth his or her salt will also provide candid and realistic advice — tell you the things you may not want to hear but need to know in order to make informed decisions.

If you choose to retain Ms. Wilson’s services, you’ll sign a fee agreement with the firm, either based on a flat or hourly rate.  That fee agreement will clearly explain all costs associated with your case, how you will be billed, and the scope of your lawyer’s job.

While the firm handles your case, Ms. Wilson will be in touch with you on a regular basis  She’ll keep you informed about all important developments and your options  at every stage.
